What Happens After You Get in Touch

Your request goes to Richard Puigdomenech, the owner. He calls you back to ask a few questions about the roof: how old it is, whether you have seen leaks or stains inside, and whether the problem started after a storm. If hail or wind is the likely cause, he will ask whether you have already called your insurance company.

Then he sets a time for us to come out. The inspection is free. We get on the roof and show you what we found, in plain language. If it is wear and age rather than storm damage, we tell you that too, and you get a written quote for a repair or a replacement you pay for yourself.

If it is storm damage, whether to file is your decision. If you do, we explain the steps: the adjuster's visit, the insurer's decision and when payments usually come. We can meet the adjuster at your house. The contract is written in plain English. A call is the quickest way onto the schedule.

Where We Work

Our office is on East Calton Road in Laredo, in Webb County. Most of our roofing right now is in San Antonio and Converse, in Bexar County, where hail hit the east side on September 11, 2026. Each service area page covers what we do in that city.
